Ballerina Cappuccina Horror 3D: Italian Brainrot is a first-person horror game set in a terrifying, flooded sewer system. Ballerina Cappuccina is your only enemy — but she alone is enough to turn every step into a fight for survival. To escape, you must collect all the figurines hidden throughout the underground maze. And in the end — something unexpected awaits.
